Student Mental Health Support
We’re excited to partner with the College of Nursing in Gilbert to bring CAPS support closer to you. As a nursing student, you can access virtual counseling, care coordination, workshops, and medication management. Our goal is to help you find care that truly fits your needs, whether that’s with CAPS or someplace else. CAPS virtual services are intended for mild to moderate concerns, and if you ever need more specialized or ongoing care, our care coordination team is here to help you get connected.

Counseling, Workshops, and Care Coordination
Virtual counseling, workshops, and care coordination services are available at no cost to Gilbert nursing students.
Getting started:
- Self-schedule virtual counseling and care coordination appointments through the form below or call CAPS at 520-621-3334.
- Students can enroll in a virtual workshop online or by speaking with their CAPS provider.
Medication Management
Virtual medication management is available as a paid service. Health insurance is not required, and student discounted rates are available.
Getting started:
- to start or restart medication: schedule a telehealth Counseling & Consultation session to talk with a counselor about your symptoms and mental health history. They'll work with you to determine whether virtual medication management is the right fit for your needs.
- to transfer a medication: schedule a free Medication Transfer Screening by calling CAPS at 520-621-3334 to learn about campus and community psychiatry services.
