CAPS Fees & Insurance

There are costs associated with some services at CAPS. We accept some major health insurance plans, but you don't need health insurance to use CAPS. We are committed to serving the mental health needs of every University of Arizona student. We offer a student discounted rate as an option for all students, but if cost is a barrier for you, please call us at 520-621-3334.

Here are some frequently asked questions about fees and insurance:

Students who have the student health insurance plan and students with Campus Care receive reduced fees for many services. The following list details the cost of services as of the 2020-2021 academic year. Please note that if you have not already paid the health portion of the student health and recreation fee that covers the day you receive services, an additional daily user fee of $10 will be charged for that day.
