Talk. Learn. Grow.

CAPS offers a wide range of mental health services and resources designed to be mixed, matched, and customized to you. View our Appointment Guide to learn more about your appointment options.

We believe cost shouldn't come between you and your mental health. If cost is a barrier for you, ask the counselor you meet or call to speak with a care coordinator about your options.

As-Needed, When-Needed Counseling

Most CAPS counseling slots are reserved for as-needed, when-needed Counseling & Consultation visits. These visits open for online scheduling 8 days in advance.

If you're ready to get started, simply schedule a Counseling & Consultation session through PatientLink. If the best plan is longer-term, we'll collaborate with you in planning your next steps.

Medication

If you're on medication or would like to know if medication would benefit your mental health, your first step is a Counseling & Consultation session. A counselor will gather important information that will help them make recommendations and referrals for your care.

Whether your next step is medication management at CAPS, Campus Health, off-campus, or another service, your counselor will help you get connected.
