Tips & Support at Your Fingertips

CAPS offers a variety of on-demand tools and resources to help you support your mental health and wellbeing every day. Here are a few great places to start:

Notice. Care. Help.

When we can address mental health as a community, everyone benefits. Through our Notice. Care. Help. framework, you can learn the signs that someone’s struggling, reach out and offer help to someone you're concerned about, and find support for yourself.
