Student Mental Health
College is a time of tremendous growth, experimentation, and change. The balancing act between school, current events, daily living, and personal growth will challenge you, and you'll also do things you never thought you could. This kind of growth isn't always comfortable. In fact, it can contribute to the overwhelm many students face. That's why we're here. At CAPS, it's our mission to help students thrive. Because the lessons you're learning right now have the power to shape the rest of your life.
