Comprehensive, Curated Care that Works
The services at CAPS combine to create Care Pathways that offer efficient, effective mental health care.
How Services Work at CAPS
We've curated our Care Pathways to provide you with the skills, connection, and individual care that will help you address your concerns and goals. Care Pathways services work together to give you care that's both effective and efficient, helping you feel better, build confidence, and get the most out student life (and beyond).
Starting July 1, most CAPS services will be available at no cost to main campus students. All are confidential. Students can self-schedule many, and CAPS providers can help with referrals when needed.
Core Services of Care Pathways
CAPS services work together to provide skill-building, peer connection, and individual support in curated pathways. The combination of our services is more powerful in supporting mental health than any one service alone. Pathways are flexible and can be personalized, allowing you to engage how it works best for you.

Each pathway starts with Mental Health Counseling & Consultation. You can also schedule additional sessions as needed to check in along your pathway.
