Mental Health Connections

Group Counseling with Peers

Mental Health Connections

Mental Health Connections are weekly group counseling sessions facilitated by a CAPS counselor with 4-10 peers with similar goals and concerns. Groups are lightly structured, flexible spaces where students learn from one another, practice skills together, and build a sense of belonging. Come as you are and engage at your own pace.

A referral from a CAPS provider is required for most Mental Health Connections groups. You can schedule a Mental Health Counseling & Consultation session to explore Care Pathways and the Mental Health Connections options that fit best for you.
