Skills-Based Workshops to Support Your Mental Health

Mental Health Foundations Workshops

Each Mental Health Foundations workshop focuses on a specific topic, like handling stress or working through self-doubt, and walks through practical strategies you can use anywhere. Workshops are interactive, so you might try a short activity, reflect on what works for you, or hear how other students approach the same challenge.

While some Mental Health Foundations workshops are recommended for particular pathways, you can take any of them to fit your goals.
