CAPS Appointment Guide

Please confirm your personal information in UAccess before your visit.

May 10-August 25, for students who are not currently enrolled in classes on the day of their appointment the following will be in effect. *This does NOT apply to students with active United Student Health, Campus Care, or those enrolled in College of Medicine.

  • A $10 Daily User Fee will be added to the usual visit fees for students not enrolled in classes the day they are seen at CAPS. If they are seen by more than one provider on the same day, they will only be charged the Daily User Fee once for that day.
  • Once classes end, CAPS cannot bill commercial insurance for students not enrolled in future classes. Students not enrolled in any future classes will be billed as fee-for-service.
  • Students who graduate or do not plan to enroll in future classes have a 30-day Grace Period from the last day of class to be seen at CAPS.

Effective Friday, June 28, 2024, Campus Health will no longer offer pharmacy services, which includes filling prescriptions.
