In light of recent events, it's normal to feel a range of emotions. We encourage you to check in with yourself, friends, family, and loved ones. If you or someone you know is struggling right now, know you are not alone and support is available. We are available for consultations during our business hours from 8-4:30. If you are need in support after hours, call us at 520-621-3334 and press 1 to speak with a counselor.
