Seeking Serenity Workshop

CAPS offers student groups and workshops on a variety of topics and concerns. The right fit between a student and their group is key to a meaningful experience. Learn more about this group or speak with a counselor to find the right group or workshop for you.

Seeking Serenity is a three-week workshop designed to help you navigate overwhelming emotions with practical tools and a fresh perspective. Each 50-minute session builds on the last and gives you strategies for managing life's challenges.

In Seeking Serenity, you'll learn how to:

  • change the things within your control
  • cope with the things you can't change
  • manage intense emotions, no matter the situation
  • reflect on what matters most to you
  • take steps toward the life you want

By the end of the workshop, you will have a clearer understanding of what coping strategies work best for you and practical ways to handle tough moments.
