Seeking Serenity is a three-week workshop designed to help you navigate overwhelming emotions with practical tools and a fresh perspective. Each 50-minute session builds on the last and gives you strategies for managing life's challenges.
In Seeking Serenity, you'll learn how to:
- change the things within your control
- cope with the things you can't change
- manage intense emotions, no matter the situation
- reflect on what matters most to you

By the end of the workshop, you will have a clearer understanding of what coping strategies work best for you and practical ways to handle tough moments.
