…but it doesn’t have to ruin your relationship! Join us for this 6-week group for students to learn how to manage conflict in romantic relationships. Practice and implement strategies for improving communication during conflict to build a closer relationship.
In this group, you will:
- Explore the 10 myths of conflict in relationships
- Identify your conflict style
- Learn skills for starting difficult conversations to improve outcomes of conflict
- Master strategies for getting out of gridlock with your partner
- Gain relationship repair skills for resolving past conflicts
Who can benefit from this group?
Any student who is interested in learning to navigate conflict with their significant other.
