Conflict in relationship is inevitable…

…but it doesn’t have to ruin your relationship! Join us for this 6-week group for graduate students to learn how to manage conflict in romantic relationships. Practice and implement strategies for improving communication during conflict to build a closer relationship.


In this group, you will:

  • Explore the 10 myths of conflict in relationships
  • Identify your conflict style
  • Learn skills for starting difficult conversations to improve outcomes of conflict
  • Master strategies for getting out of gridlock with your partner
  • Gain relationship repair skills for resolving past conflicts

Who can benefit from this group?

Any graduate student who is interested in learning to navigate conflict with their significant other.
