Professional Interests

Michael has been a practicing therapist since 2011 and specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, existential concerns, and spiritual crises. His treatment approach is rooted in mindfulness-based CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), existential psychotherapy, Jungian analytical psychology, and EMDR. Michael's work is informed by Buddhist philosophy which he has been studying and practicing since 2010.

Personal Interests

Michael has been practicing meditation since 2005 and yoga since 2007 and has been teaching both on a weekly basis since 2010. He also enjoys working out, stargazing, reading philosophy and science fiction, watching movies, playing video games, and spending time with his dog Kiwi.
