Professional Interests

Meri's approach is integrative, combining experiential and humanistic therapies as well as CBT, ACT, IFS, and narrative therapy. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, substance use, grief and loss, PTSD, identity development, and more complex or long-standing mental health challenges. She bring a creative and holistic lens to therapy, incorporating art, movement, and spirituality to support healing withing a trauma-informed and culturally responsive framework.

Personal Interests

Meri is an artist, photographer, and musician with a deep love for creative exploration. Currently, she is especially focused on cyanotype printing and is beginning to explore other alternative photography development processes as well. She also enjoys painting with watercolor and gouache, playing the piano, music composition, cooking, traveling, and exploring old places. She's always looking for new and unique experiences.
