Krishna's specialty interests include feminism, racial justice, self-compassion, and astrology. Her experience involves guiding and supporting others through relationship concerns, family issues, anxiety, depression, sleep problems, and women's sexual and physical health and issues. Krishna uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and emotionally focused modalities. Currently, Krishna is receiving additional training in somatic modalities, sex therapy, and self-compassion through Kristin Neff's offerings. 

Personal Interests

Krishna enjoys traveling with her son, exploring natural environments near and far. She also enjoys planting, working with herbs, and spending time in nature.
