Galaxia's foundational therapeutic style is Person-Centered, meaning she welcomes you as you are with respect and compassion. Her intention is to provide a space in which you don't feel the need to hide any part of you, where your insights and voice are heard and valued, and you'll work together to meet your specific needs. Galaxia believes nobody should feel unsupported, especially through vulnerable moments, and that all journeys deserve to be heard and celebrated. In her years of practice, she's pursued education to provide culturally and trauma sensitive counseling, and has experience working with students including non-traditional, people with disabilities, and military and first responder connected individuals. She's also a vocational counselor, meaning she can provide support on your road to a rewarding career.
