Professional Interests

Elijah's approach to counseling is highly person-centered and trauma-informed. He is well versed in practical skills to help manage difficult feelings. Elijah's focus is not on "fixing" things because he doesn't believe people are broken. His training has taught him that witnessing people's challenges in a safe, reliable setting is often the most effective counseling process.
