Professional Interests

Eleni enjoys working with students as they navigate the many ups and downs that can come with college and emerging adulthood, from stress, relationships, and identity exploration to feeling overwhelmed or simply trying to figure out what comes next. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, and she strives to help each person create more balance and self-understanding in ways that feel authentic to their own experiences. She is especially interested in trauma-informed care, complex trauma, relationships and attachment, women’s issues, neurodiversity, and the connection between our minds, bodies, relationships, and environments.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Eleni loves traveling and exploring new places, spending time in nature, creating and appreciating art, singing, and making memories with friends and family. She values connection, curiosity, creativity, and finding joy in both new experiences and the little moments of everyday life.
