Brittany's therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also integrating techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Feminist theory, and Person-Centered therapy. She is particularly passionate about helping clients navigate issues related to self-compassion, empowerment, confidence, perfectionism, and impostor syndrome. Known for creating a warm, nonjudgmental space, she also values the use of humor as a tool for connection and healing in therapy.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Brittany enjoys traveling, working out, playing and listening to music, and attending concerts and musicals. She is also a devoted Beyoncé fan.
