Ana received her Bachelors of Science degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona. She received her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee. She is fully and independently licensed as an LPC in the state of Tennessee and will be working toward licensure in Arizona.

Ana also provides counseling services in Spanish and is passionate about offering culturally responsive, bilingual mental health care. Her work in this area has deepened her commitment to accessible services and enhanced her understanding of the cultural factors that influence mental health—particularly for first-generation students and young adults navigating academic and relational challenges. She also specializes in working with couples, supporting them in building stronger communication, emotional intimacy, and relational resilience.
