Students are led through a brief guided meditation to promote deeper relaxation and greater focus.

How to Join

What to Expect:

Michael guides students through a brief (~13-minute) meditation. The session begins promptly at 9:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students join through Zoom and may leave their mics muted and cameras off.
